Pastiche Works

A pastiche is a work of visual art that uses the distinct imagery style or character of the work of one or more other artists, while still infusing the artists own style.  Unlike parody, pastiche pays homage to the work it imitates, rather than mocking it.

The Dutch and European masters have always held Stewart's attention regarding technique and subject matter.
